PubNight #8 (12/01/05) - 7:30pm at Red Brick Station

If someone asked you, "just how many bars are there around here that brew their own beer and are in a mall?", you might not have had a good answer to that before. But if you've been following our recent schedule, after this week you'll have yet another to suggest, because we're returning to that theme by visiting Red Brick Station. And it's just in time. As the holiday season gets closer, the last thing we'll want to do is fight mall traffic just to get a beer.

Right now their special brew is their Harvest Ale. Their web site includes one of the many immortal comments from Benjamin Franklin about booze, "There can't be good living where there is not good drinking". The other perennial favorite from him is "Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to prosper". That sort of genius commentary is why they put him on the $100 while sober old Washington is only worth $1.
