Fellow PubNighters, lend me your ears. We had quite a turnout last week at Sea Dog Brewery - twenty three people. A PubNight:Portland record. We even had quite a few PubNight virgins show up.
This week we'll continue the micro-brew theme and visit Portland's newest brew-pub: Sebago Brewing Company. It's somewhat of a repeat as we've already been to Sebago out by the mall. But - now they're actually in town.
And this week, we've got a special reason to celebrate. Although Friday is Cinco de Mayo, we're just about as far from Mexico as you can get without going to Alaska or Caribou - so won't celebrate that. Instead, we'll celebrate the annual Lobster Race Day on May 5th. (No I'm not making this up -- http://www2.bluemountain.com/eng3/tomoko/UNHlobrace.html)
Maybe we'll be able to watch the races on ESPN at the bar!
