The Pub Hounds are at it again -- in a never-ending quest to find new pubs in Portland, Stuart & Laurie independently discovered an addition to the Wine Bar. While technically more of an expansion than an entirely new pub, we're desperate enough to find any excuse to try it out.
Apparently, the Cafe at Wharf Street (which used to live under the Wine Bar) has sacrified its space and is now the non-smoking part of the Wine Bar. The upstairs bar is still around and is now the "smoking section".
So, grab a bite to eat first (light food available there), then meet us under the Wine Bar (or upstairs if the ground level is closed).
